Jürg specialises is in Swiss financial market law matters with focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, FINMA authorisations for financial institutions and financial products (investment funds and structured products). His clients are fund managers, fund management companies, collective investment schemes, securities dealer, family offices and HNW individuals. Before he joined Lexpert Partners, Jürg was partner of two Zurich based law firms focussing on financial market law. Beside this, Jürg headed the legal team of a FINMA regulated Swiss investment and fund management company advising its management committee on all legal matters as well as on the implementation and oversight of the compliance and risk control framework.

Hartmut has extensive experience in advising Swiss banks, securities firms, management companies, collective and external asset managers in regulatory and compliance matters, specifically with regard to licensing, regulatory change, M&A as well as legal entity optimizations. He was previously Global COO of Regulatory Affairs and Head of Regulatory Affairs Switzerland at Credit Suisse, serving on the Regulatory Affairs and, following a re-structuring, the Compliance management committees. Before that, he was Head of Risk & Regulatory Assurance at Deloitte Switzerland and held various executive positions at Wegelin and related companies.

Through many years of professional experience with different accountancy firms have enabled Pina to establish an effective professional network within Switzerland and abroad. Pina manages assignments for small and medium-sized enterprises and provides services in the fields of fiduciary, accounting and HR administration. She also provides comprehensive advice and assistance on tax matters to companies and individuals. She has a long-term professional background that demonstrates her skills providing expert consulting to clients who require individual solutions. In addition, she runs her own accountancy office and lectures at established vocational colleges.
